當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間3月12日,英特爾宣布任命陳立武為新任CEO，公司股價(jià)聞聲大漲近15%，投資者寄希望于他能帶領(lǐng)這家老牌芯片企業(yè)走出困境。

英特爾在個(gè)人電腦時(shí)代是最具實(shí)力的芯片公司，但是在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代未能快速轉(zhuǎn)型，業(yè)務(wù)逐步被競(jìng)爭對(duì)手超越。2021年，帕特·基辛格成為英特爾CEO，推出轉(zhuǎn)型芯片代工廠等一系列舉措，試圖扭轉(zhuǎn)形勢(shì)。但是改革成效不佳，公司銷售額持續(xù)下滑，進(jìn)入人工智能市場(chǎng)的嘗試也極為不順利。在眾多芯片企業(yè)借助人工智能業(yè)務(wù)股價(jià)大幅上漲的情況下，2024年，英特爾股價(jià)下跌近60%。帕特·基辛格失去了董事會(huì)信任，于2024年底離職。

陳立武曾對(duì)英特爾臃腫的組織架構(gòu)提出質(zhì)疑，外界認(rèn)為他將開啟大幅裁員和內(nèi)部改革。他在就任后表示，將努力開發(fā)最好的產(chǎn)品，認(rèn)真傾聽客戶意見，加快改革速度。但是今天的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境已經(jīng)大為不同，英特爾要重現(xiàn)昔日輝煌，前路充滿挑戰(zhàn)。

BASF Coatings and NIO Agree on Strategic Partnership for Automotive Coatings

近日，巴斯夫涂料業(yè)務(wù)部與蔚來宣布簽署意向書（LoI），旨在建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，加強(qiáng)在汽車涂料領(lǐng)域的合作。

Recently, BASF Coatings and NIO have announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) aimed at establishing a strategic partnership to enhance cooperation in the automotive coatings sector.

作為戰(zhàn)略合作的一部分，巴斯夫涂料將向蔚來提供廣泛的產(chǎn)品，以滿足特定的技術(shù)要求，并將提供附加值服務(wù)，包括色彩設(shè)計(jì)、色彩開發(fā)、數(shù)字解決方案、可持續(xù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃、研討會(huì)和行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的技術(shù)支持。

As part of the strategic cooperation, BASF Coatings intends to provide NIO with an extensive range of products tailored to meet specific technical requirements and will offer value-added services including color design, color development, digital solutions, sustainability initiatives, workshops, and industry-leading technical support.

兩家公司表示，將共同致力于新型涂料材料和技術(shù)在全球范圍內(nèi)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用，以推動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和碳中和目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

The two companies said they will work jointly on the development and application of new coating materials and technologies on a global level, aiming for sustainable development and carbon neutrality.

DHL Express Liaocheng Service Center was Put into Operations

近日，DHL快遞中國聊城服務(wù)中心投運(yùn)，成為首家在此設(shè)立直營機(jī)構(gòu)的國際快遞企業(yè)。

DHL Express Liaocheng Service Center was recently put into operations, marking DHL Express the first international express company to establish a directly operated facility in the city.

DHL快遞是首家落戶山東的國際快遞企業(yè)，于1993年開設(shè)青島分公司。該公司表示，其直營服務(wù)已覆蓋山東省近90%的地級(jí)市，能為省內(nèi)企業(yè)“出?！碧峁└鼮楦哔|(zhì)高效的物流服務(wù)。

DHL Express is the first international logistics provider entering Shandong Province, opening its branch in Qingdao in 1993. According to the company, its directly operated service is able to cover nearly 90% of the prefecture-level cities in the province, capable of helping local businesses “going global” with higher-quality and efficient logistics services.

DHL快遞預(yù)測(cè)，聊城服務(wù)中心開業(yè)后，其處理的貨物中出口至共建“一帶一路”國家的貨量占比約能達(dá)到三成左右。

With the opening of the new service center in Liaocheng, DHL Express predicts approximately 30% of the goods handled at the facility will be exported to the Belt and Road countries.
